NdFeB magnets can be divided into two kinds: Bonded NdFeB and sintered NdFeB. The bonding is actually injection molding, and the sintering is made by heating the vacuum through high temperature. The Nd-Fe-B magnet is a permanent magnet with the strongest magnetic force so far. Material N35-N52; various shapes can be processed according to specific requirements: round, square, punch, magnetic tile, bar, convex, trapezoid; in spite of these advantages, but the surface is easy to rust, so usually require some protective finish: nickel, zinc plating, gold plating, such as epoxy resin. The ambient temperature of the ordinary NdFeB magnet is less than 80 degrees, but there are also several kinds of high temperature resistant to 200 degrees. It is mainly used in electronics, electrical appliances, packaging, motor, toys, leather goods, automobile machinery and so on.
